Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the baccalaureate curriculum, graduates will:
- Explain anatomical, physiological, and biomechanical principles underlying human movement, neuromuscular adaptation, and physical performance.
- Conduct standardized physiological and musculoskeletal assessments using clinical laboratory instrumentation, interpreting cardiovascular, metabolic, and kinematic data.
- Design and implement evidence-based exercise prescriptions, training protocols, and rehabilitative interventions for athletic, healthy, and clinical populations.
- Critique contemporary empirical research in kinesiology and exercise science to communicate scientific insights and therapeutic recommendations effectively.
