About Dr. Melissa Dahl
Melissa Dahl teaches Clinical Nutrition and Diet Therapy along with Nutrition for Physical Activity & Health. Her scholarship evaluates gut microbiome responses to dietary fiber modulation and exercise stress in adolescent athletes. She earned her undergraduate degree at Stonecroft College before completing her doctoral studies.
Dr. Melissa Dahl is a member of the Department of Kinesiology in the School of Nursing & Health Sciences.
