About Dr. Elena Pereira
Elena Pereira teaches Clinical Nutrition and Diet Therapy for nursing students and Nutrition for Physical Activity & Health, and she directs the kinesiology practicum. A registered dietitian, she studies dietary patterns and metabolic health in older adults.
