Merit scholarships and renewal thresholds

All applicants who submit their application by January 15 are evaluated automatically for merit awards. Standardized test scores are not required for merit consideration.

The Alkimi Grant

The Alkimi Grant is need-based, does not have to be repaid, and requires the FAFSA and CSS Profile each year.

Alkimi Grants are calculated based on demonstrated financial need and do not require repayment.

Federal Work-Study & Campus Jobs

Federal Work-Study and Alkimi campus jobs pay $15.50 per hour; students may work up to 20 hours per week during the semester.

Eligibility Maintenance

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

To maintain eligibility for federal, state, and Alkimi institutional financial assistance, undergraduates must make steady progress toward their degree.

Flexible Payment

Monthly payment plan & billing

Spread your semester tuition balance across manageable interest-free monthly installments.

Alkimi Monthly Payment Plan

Five interest-free monthly installments per semester (fall: July–November; spring: December–April).

Enrollment Fee: $50 per semester

Enrollment Deadline: July 15 (fall) or December 15 (spring)

Late Fees & Financial Holds

A balance above $500 after the due date places a financial hold that blocks registration and official transcripts.
