About Dr. Jenna Dillard
Jenna Dillard leads instruction in Sport and Exercise Psychology and Foundations of Kinesiology. Her scholarship explores psychological resilience, competitive anxiety, burnout prevention, and mindfulness interventions among collegiate student-athletes. She directs an active undergraduate research team studying physical activity adherence and motivation across diverse student populations.
Dr. Jenna Dillard is a member of the Department of Kinesiology in the School of Nursing & Health Sciences.
