About Dr. Ricardo Ochoa
Ricardo Ochoa chairs the Department of Kinesiology and teaches Foundations of Kinesiology and Exercise Gerontology. His scholarship investigates neuromuscular adaptations, mobility preservation, and resistance training strategies for aging populations. He has spent more than three decades mentoring undergraduate researchers and guiding community-based physical activity programs throughout the region.
Dr. Ricardo Ochoa is a member of the Department of Kinesiology in the School of Nursing & Health Sciences.
