Card Features and Multi-System Uses
Your AlkimiCard is issued in the Alkimi One Stop, Harlan Hall 120 during orientation or upon initial enrollment. Embedded with near-field contactless technology and a secure magnetic stripe, it connects you to campus infrastructure daily:
- Building Access: Residence hall exterior doors, academic buildings after hours, science labs, and fieldhouse locker rooms.
- Meal Plans: Brightwater Dining Hall swipes, Summit Market purchases, and The Crucible Café flex dollars.
- Library Borrowing: Circulating book loans, reserve desk materials, study room checkout, and Whitcombe Library 24/7 finals access.
- Printing Credit: Accessing campus networked multi-function printers using your complimentary $40 semester printing balance.
- Dining Dollars: Tax-free spending at all campus retail dining outlets, coffee shops, and snack kiosks.
- Transit Fares: Free boardings on the complimentary Gold Line campus shuttle between campus and downtown Merrow Falls.

If your AlkimiCard is lost, stolen, or physically damaged, deactivate it immediately through the AlkimiHub portal to prevent unauthorized meal plan or printing usage.
