Anders Holm

Anders Holm is the hall director of Bluffside Apartments, the six-story timber-framed building on the bluff above the Merrow River, with 700 juniors and seniors in studios and two- and four-person apartments. He supervises Bluffside's Resident Assistants and manages the River Lounge and south-facing terrace.

Holm came to Alkimi in 2020 to open Bluffside after six years in residence life at Corwin University. He holds a master's degree in higher education from Corwin and canoes the Merrow River most summer weekends.
