Terrence Nwosu

Terrence Nwosu is bursar and director of Student Accounts. His office, at the Alkimi One Stop in Harlan Hall, bills tuition and fees, takes payments, runs the Alkimi Monthly Payment Plan, and issues refunds. It's the place to start with a question about a charge or a hold on your account.

Nwosu joined Alkimi in 2015 as associate bursar and became bursar in 2019. He redesigned the student account statement so that charges, financial aid, and the balance due appear together on one page. "A bill shouldn't need a translator," he says. His office also works with Human Resources on employee payroll deductions, including the pre-tax parking permit deduction that began in July 2026.

Before Alkimi, he spent eight years in retail banking and four years in student accounts at Merrow Valley Community College. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Tamarack State University and an MBA from Alkimi's evening program. He sings in his church choir and referees high school basketball in the winter.
