A mass-timber building on the riverbank, built to Living Building standards: it makes more power than it uses and treats its own water. Funded by a gift from the Merrow Valley Watershed Trust and dozens of alumni. Its dock launches the river sampling boats, and the attached greenhouse grows plants for botany and ecology courses.
