About Dr. Ying Cao
Ying Cao teaches sections of Strategic Business Communication and Digital Media, Algorithms, and Public Discourse. Her research investigates how artificial intelligence writing tools influence organizational rhetoric, collaborative team discourse, and professional identity. She completed postdoctoral work at Stonecroft College before joining the Alkimi business faculty.
Dr. Ying Cao is a member of the Department of Management in the School of Business.
