About Dr. Xiang Cai
Xiang Cai serves as chair of the Department of Economics and teaches Intermediate Microeconomic Theory and Senior Seminar in Economic Policy. His scholarship examines industrial organization, merger enforcement, and competition policy in deregulated network industries. He has served as an economic consultant for federal antitrust inquiries and has authored two widely cited texts on market regulation.
Dr. Xiang Cai is a member of the Department of Economics in the College of Arts & Sciences.
