About Dr. Walter Osborne
Walter Osborne instructs the Student Teaching Seminar & Professional Ethics and Foundations of American Education. He brings twelve years of classroom teaching and union leadership experience to his seminars on professional standards, educator legal responsibilities, and school policy. He also coordinates licensure documentation and portfolio reviews for graduating seniors.
