About Dr. Vivian Luo
Vivian Luo teaches Principles of Management and Leadership along with Negotiation & Conflict Management. Her research analyzes governance structures in international joint ventures, contract renegotiation triggers, and the relational mechanisms that mitigate conflict between partnering firms. She completed her doctorate at Kellbrook College and has published widely on corporate strategy.
Dr. Vivian Luo is a member of the Department of Management in the School of Business.
