About Dr. Valerie Weiss
Valerie Weiss chairs the Department of Public Health and teaches Healthcare Administration & Policy and Program Planning & Evaluation. Her research examines rural healthcare infrastructure, organizational resilience in hospital networks, and public health delivery financing. She has advised state health departments and municipal agencies across the Northeast for over two decades.
