About Dr. Uche Okeke
Uche Okeke teaches Organic Chemistry I and mentors students in Undergraduate Research in Chemistry. His research focuses on natural products discovery, isolating and structurally characterizing novel bioactive secondary metabolites from endophytic fungi native to regional wetlands. His lab applies high-resolution mass spectrometry and multidimensional NMR spectroscopy.
