About Dr. Todd Hale
Todd Hale teaches Real Estate Finance & Investments along with Commercial Bank Management. Before transitioning to higher education, he spent fifteen years managing troubled debt restructuring and commercial real estate workouts for a regional commercial lending institution. His courses guide students through commercial lease analysis, debt restructuring agreements, and non-performing loan workouts.
Dr. Todd Hale is a member of the Department of Finance in the School of Business.
