About Dr. Tara McKenna
Tara McKenna investigates nutrient cycling, toxic cyanobacterial blooms, and food web disruption in freshwater ecosystems. She teaches Ecology and Evolutionary Dynamics and Senior Biology Capstone & Research. Supported by ongoing National Science Foundation funding, her limnological monitoring program has tracked water quality changes across regional lakes for over twenty years.
Dr. Tara McKenna is a member of the Department of Biology in the College of Arts & Sciences.
