About Dr. Tao Yuan
Tao Yuan teaches Bridge Engineering & Seismic Design and Structural Analysis. His research examines lead-rubber bearing aging, nonlinear earthquake response history analyses of curved highway viaducts, and passive tuned mass dampers for tall building wind mitigation. He earned his doctoral degree from Corwin University and conducts shake-table structural experiments on campus.
Dr. Tao Yuan is a member of the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering in the School of Engineering & Computing.
