About Dr. Tamar Monroe
Tamar Monroe teaches Environmental Policy, Law & Economics and Senior Environmental Science Capstone. Her research explores intergovernmental watershed agreements, regional climate adaptation planning, and environmental justice frameworks in municipal flood zones. She has served as a policy advisor to regional river basin commissions across the northeast.
Dr. Tamar Monroe is a member of the Department of Environmental Science in the College of Arts & Sciences.
