About Dr. Sunita Saxena
Sunita Saxena teaches Health Psychology and directs sections of Core Capstone examining health disparities and lifestyle interventions. Her research investigates sleep architecture, circadian rhythm disruption, and cognitive-behavioral therapy for chronic insomnia among shift workers. She has received multiple grants from the National Institutes of Health to test digital sleep hygiene interventions.
Dr. Sunita Saxena is a member of the Department of Psychology in the College of Arts & Sciences.
