About Dr. Siobhan Katsaros
Siobhan Katsaros chairs the Department of Nursing and teaches Nursing Leadership, Healthcare Policy, and Management. Her scholarship investigates nurse executive succession, clinical governance, and staffing model resilience in regional healthcare networks. She has led clinical workforce policy initiatives across the Northeast for more than twenty-five years.
