About Dr. Sergio Castañeda
Sergio Castañeda teaches Adult Health Nursing I: Acute Care and supervises seniors in Clinical Preceptorship & Senior Transition Capstone. He worked for ten years as a neuro-intensive care staff nurse and certified stroke rehabilitation specialist. He coordinates acute neurovascular clinical rotations and stroke simulation scenarios at Merrow Valley Medical Center.
