About Dr. Sean Chandler
Sean Chandler teaches Principles of Macroeconomics and directs sections of First-Year Seminar on decision-making and cognitive biases in markets. His research combines behavioral economics experiments with consumer credit data to study payday borrowing, savings nudges, and credit card repayment habits. He has advised federal financial consumer protection initiatives on disclosure design.
Dr. Sean Chandler is a member of the Department of Economics in the College of Arts & Sciences.
