About Dr. Ruth Sawyer
Ruth Sawyer teaches Services Marketing and Strategic Marketing Capstone. A distinguished scholar in service management, her research investigates service encounter satisfaction, recovery strategies following service failures, and physical servicescape ergonomics in healthcare environments. She holds a doctorate from Kellbrook College and has published numerous foundational textbooks in service marketing.
Dr. Ruth Sawyer is a member of the Department of Marketing in the School of Business.
