About Dr. Russell Talbot
Russell Talbot teaches Money, Banking, and Financial Markets and Intermediate Macroeconomic Theory, specializing in open-economy macroeconomics. His research examines sovereign debt restructuring, emerging market currency crises, and cross-border capital flow volatility. He previously worked as an economist for an international development institute and held visiting appointments at Wendover University.
