About Dr. Rami Shammas
Rami Shammas teaches sections of Strategic Business Communication and Negotiation & Conflict Management. He previously spent two decades managing cross-border client relations and commercial contract disputes for an international trading company. His coursework focuses on persuasive negotiation dialogues, intercultural communication etiquette, and managing heated business arbitrations.
