About Dr. Rajesh Jain
Rajesh Jain teaches VLSI Design & Semiconductor Fabrication and Electric Circuits II. His research centers on non-equilibrium Green's function quantum transport modeling, ballistic conduction in sub-5nm gate-all-around nanosheet transistors, and two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenide electronic devices. He completed his doctoral studies at Vantry State University and directs Alkimi's cleanroom semiconductor characterization bench.
