About Dr. Rafael Cordero
Rafael Cordero teaches Conservation Biology and mentors students in Undergraduate Environmental Research. His research focuses on landscape genetics, wildlife habitat fragmentation, and ecological corridor functionality for forest mammals in the northeastern United States. His field projects utilize non-invasive genetic tagging and automated motion-activated camera networks.
Dr. Rafael Cordero is a member of the Department of Environmental Science in the College of Arts & Sciences.
