About Dr. Rachel Barlow
Rachel Barlow teaches Senior Seminar in Economic Policy and Intermediate Microeconomic Theory. Her scholarship investigates housing affordability, exclusionary zoning mandates, and property tax incidence in mid-sized metropolitan areas. She collaborates with municipal housing authorities across the Merrow Valley to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of local rental assistance vouchers.
