About Dr. Philip Whelan
Philip Whelan teaches sections of Quantitative Reasoning for Everyday Life and Precalculus Functions and Models. His pedagogical focus centers on mastery-based grading frameworks and reducing math anxiety among students in non-STEM degree programs. He joined Alkimi after six years of teaching foundational mathematics at Kellbrook College.
