About Paul Shapiro
Paul Shapiro teaches Financial Institutions and Senior Finance Capstone Seminar. He joined Alkimi following a thirty-year career in public finance investment banking, where he managed municipal bond syndications for infrastructure projects across the northeastern United States. His seminars emphasize debt underwriting guidelines, municipal disclosure standards, and capital markets access for civic authorities.
