About Dr. Noel Mercado
Noel Mercado teaches Operating Systems and Systems Programming and Computer Architecture and Assembly Language. His research investigates energy-efficient routing protocols, time synchronization in wireless sensor networks, and edge computing architectures for smart environmental monitoring. He completed his graduate training at Tamarack State University and leads water-quality telemetry deployments in the Merrow Valley.
Dr. Noel Mercado is a member of the Department of Computer Science in the School of Engineering & Computing.
