About Dr. Min-ji Park
Min-ji Park teaches Principles of Corporate Finance and Senior Finance Capstone Seminar. Her research examines executive golden parachute agreements, performance-vesting equity awards, and the influence of institutional shareholder activists on board compensation decisions. She completed her doctoral work at Vantry State University and advises business honors candidates on corporate governance topics.
Dr. Min-ji Park is a member of the Department of Finance in the School of Business.
