About Dr. Milan Grabowski
Milan Grabowski teaches Introduction to Sociology and advises students conducting community-based research. His research examines environmental sociology, focusing on community risk perception, fence-line neighborhoods near chemical plants, and municipal responses to toxic waste contamination. He recently completed a comparative study of post-flood recovery programs along industrial river corridors.
