About Dr. Melissa Werner
Melissa Werner teaches doctoral seminars in qualitative research methodologies, case study design, and educational leadership epistemology. Her scholarship explores women's executive pathways to the school superintendency, mentorship networks, and gender equity in administrative hiring practices. She has guided numerous doctoral candidates through qualitative fieldwork and narrative dissertation studies.
