About Dr. Melissa Colby
Melissa Colby teaches sections of Strategic Business Communication and Organizational Behavior. Her research examines organizational listening practices, upward feedback mechanisms, and how managerial receptivity influences employee psychological safety and creative idea sharing. She earned her doctorate from Ostrander University and regularly conducts communication audits for regional businesses.
