About Dr. Maureen Santoro
Maureen Santoro teaches Organizational Behavior and Principles of Management and Leadership. Her research evaluates occupational stress, after-hours email norms, and employee boundary management tactics in hybrid work settings. She holds a doctoral degree from Wendover University and partners with Merrow Valley employers to survey employee workplace well-being.
