About Dr. Lindsay Crawford
Lindsay Crawford teaches Principles of Microeconomics and Senior Seminar in Economic Policy, drawing on three decades of agricultural economics scholarship. Her research examines commodity price volatility, grain storage policies, and climate resilience in agricultural supply chains. She has served as a senior economic advisor for international food security consortia and agricultural research boards.
