About Dr. Kristen Conley
Kristen Conley instructs doctoral seminars in higher education administration, enrollment management, and student affairs leadership. Her scholarship investigates community college transfer pathways, student retention strategies, and institutional finance in comprehensive postsecondary institutions. She regularly chairs doctoral dissertations exploring administrative leadership transitions across two-year community colleges and four-year universities.
