About Dr. Kate Aldridge
Kate Aldridge teaches Nursing Leadership, Healthcare Policy, and Management alongside Pathophysiology. Her research focuses on palliative dementia care, frailty syndromes, and staffing quality indicators in skilled nursing facilities. A senior scholar with four decades of academic nursing leadership, she has authored widely cited texts on gerontological care.
Dr. Kate Aldridge is a member of the Department of Nursing in the School of Nursing & Health Sciences.
