About Dr. Joy Bauer
Joy Bauer coordinates introductory micro- and macroeconomics courses, teaching Principles of Macroeconomics and Principles of Microeconomics. Her pedagogical scholarship investigates market experiments, interactive game theory simulations, and collaborative team problem-solving in large lecture courses. Before her arrival at Alkimi, she directed undergraduate peer-mentoring programs in economics at Stonecroft College.
Dr. Joy Bauer is a member of the Department of Economics in the College of Arts & Sciences.
