About Dr. Joy Ainsworth
Joy Ainsworth teaches Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Her research evaluates the impact of pay transparency legislation on workplace morale, pay equity perceptions, and voluntary turnover rates in mid-sized organizations. She completed her graduate training at Castellan College and collaborates with local non-profit employers on talent management studies.
Dr. Joy Ainsworth is a member of the Department of Management in the School of Business.
