About Dr. Jessica Thornton
Jessica Thornton teaches Principles of Management and Leadership and Negotiation & Conflict Management. Her research explores institutional barriers confronting female founders, social entrepreneurship business models, and regional startup community vibrancy. She earned her doctorate from Ostrander University and serves on multiple economic development task forces across New England.
Dr. Jessica Thornton is a member of the Department of Management in the School of Business.
