About Dr. Jeremy Pemberton
Jeremy Pemberton teaches doctoral seminars in education finance, resource allocation, and capital facilities planning for school administrators. His instructional background includes a decade directing business operations and budget development for public school districts across the state. He works closely with doctoral students analyzing funding equity formulas and local tax base disparities.
