About Dr. Jennifer Rutherford
Jennifer Rutherford leads doctoral workshops in educational technology leadership, digital equity, and distance learning governance. With prior experience directing district instructional technology initiatives, she prepares school leaders to manage digital infrastructure and artificial intelligence integration responsibly. She supervises administrative internship projects and advises applied doctoral dissertations.
