About Dr. Jennifer Richter
Jennifer Richter leads doctoral coursework in clinical supervision, instructional leadership, and continuous school improvement. A former high school principal and regional curriculum director, she grounds her clinical teaching in practical crisis management and educator evaluation systems. She supports EdD candidates conducting action research within their home school districts.
