About Dr. Jane McLaughlin
Jane McLaughlin teaches Nursing Leadership, Healthcare Policy, and Management and Adult Health Nursing I: Acute Care. Her research evaluates clinical nurse work environment metrics, burnout mitigation strategies, and hospital magnet designation outcomes. She serves on regional health system advisory boards and advises graduate executive nursing students.
Dr. Jane McLaughlin is a member of the Department of Nursing in the School of Nursing & Health Sciences.
