About Dr. Jana Kovac
Jana Kovac teaches Phenomenology and Existentialism and regularly leads sections of Introduction to Philosophy. Her scholarship explores twentieth-century European philosophy, with particular focus on Martin Heidegger, Maurice Merleau-Ponty, and bodily perception. She has published widely on how phenomenological descriptions of illness inform patient experience in clinical settings.
