About Dr. Jamal Dorsey
Jamal Dorsey teaches Advanced Aerodynamics & CFD and Dynamics of Mechanical Systems. His research explores aeroelastic flutter boundaries, limit cycle oscillations in flexible aircraft wings, and unsteady transonic aerodynamic loads. He completed his doctoral degree at Stonecroft College and regularly advises student teams competing in national aerospace design challenges.
Dr. Jamal Dorsey is a member of the Department of Mechanical Engineering in the School of Engineering & Computing.
